Before work begins
If you cancel before substantive launch work has started, a partial or full refund may be available minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
After work begins
Once filing preparation, website build, domain procurement, or other deliverables have started, refunds are generally not available for completed or in-progress work.
Third-party fees
State filing fees, domain costs, registered agent fees, software subscriptions, and similar third-party charges are typically non-refundable once paid to the provider.
Maintenance subscriptions
Growth Maintenance is billed monthly. You may cancel future billing according to the terms shown at checkout or in your service agreement.
How to request a review
Contact us with your checkout email and order details. We review requests case by case based on work completed and documented expenses.
